Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy explains the limited warranty coverage provided for products purchased from NovaXCase and the process for submitting a warranty claim. NovaXCase is operated by STORE PHONE CASE SRL, a company registered in Romania, serving customers in the United States.

Warranty Coverage

All products sold by NovaXCase include a 360-day limited warranty, starting from the date the order is delivered.

This warranty covers defects arising from normal and intended use, including issues related to materials or manufacturing quality. If a product develops a qualifying defect within the warranty period, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

If a replacement is not feasible, a refund of the original purchase price may be issued in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, abuse, negligence, or use outside normal everyday conditions
  • Cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, discoloration, or fading over time
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or use of accessories not intended for the product
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling
  • Customized or personalized products where warranty exclusions are clearly stated on the product page

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  • Order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect, if requested by our support team

If a return is required, our customer support team will provide detailed return instructions. Proof of purchase may be required to process the claim.

Return Shipping

If a warranty claim is approved and the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs will be covered by NovaXCase. Instructions will be provided by our support team.

Warranty Duration

Warranty coverage begins on the delivery date of the order.
Replacement items are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
After the warranty period ends, any further assistance is offered at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Legal Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes mandatory statutory rights, including those applicable to customers in the United States.
